A Ported Press Adapter Expand Mandrel System (PPAEMS) includes a Ported Press Adapter (PPA) as a significant advancement beyond the Expand Mandrel Window Riser (EMWR) by adding multiple radial holes to provide increased light intrusion, full 360° visibility, and balanced stress distribution with a pattern of port holes, slots, or other openings. Additional clarity is provided by an ancillary light source directed into the working area. Utilizing a small diameter Mandrel Holder (MH) allows for a wide range of mandrel diameters for installation in tight working areas (coax and progressive presses) and improves axially precision with a fine thread pitch.

Disclosed is a stealth device that has a double-band stealth function against millimeter-wavelength electromagnetic waves, has high absorption at a near-infrared laser wavelength, and has low emissivity of mid-infrared light and long-infrared light. The stealth device includes a wavelength-selective absorption pattern layer made of a material having electrical conductivity, wherein the wavelength-selective absorption pattern layer is composed of conductive thin-film patterns capable of causing plasmonic resonance at a first wavelength and a second wavelength different from the first wavelength; and a dielectric layer disposed below the wavelength-selective absorption pattern layer and made of a dielectric material.

The system comprises a plurality of sensor systems, a counter drone, and a processor. A sensor system of the plurality of sensor systems comprises one or more sensors that are connected to a network. The counter drone is connected to the network. The processor is configured to receive an indication of a potential target from the plurality of sensor systems; generate a fused data set for the potential target, determine whether the potential target comprises the threat drone based at least in part on the fused data set; and in response to determining that the potential target comprises the threat drone, provide counter drone instructions to the counter drone.

A chaff electronic countermeasure device that includes an antenna element positioned on a substrate and in electrical communication with an integrated circuit. The conductive antenna element includes a conductive composition of a conductive polymer and graphene sheets. The device absorbs from a radar source a first radio frequency having a first amplitude. In response to absorbing the first radio frequency, the device reradiates at least a portion of a second radio frequency having a second amplitude toward the radar source, which results in an increased radar cross section of the device as perceived by the radar source. The second amplitude is higher than the first amplitude. The device is configured to be dispersed from a mobile platform. The device is configured to reradiate at least a second radio frequency toward the radar source, thereby resulting in an increased radar cross section of the device as perceived by the radar source.
