A toy launcher including a housing, a storage cartridge configured for placement into an opening of the housing, with projectiles within the storage cartridge held in a first orientation, a cocking slide movably attached to the housing between a first position and a second position, a reciprocating frame operatively connected to the cocking slide, a projectile housing pivotably attached to the toy launcher housing adjacent to the storage cartridge, and a reciprocating feed lever operatively connected to the reciprocating frame. Movement of the cocking slide from the first position to the second position in a first priming step and then back to the first position in a second priming step causes the feed lever to push a projectile from the storage cartridge into the projectile housing, pivots the projectile housing so that the projectile is in a second orientation, and places the projectile in the second orientation at a firing position within the toy launcher.

A propulsion system for a projectile launcher may comprise a propulsion source, the propulsion source having a first end, a second end opposite the first end, and a propulsion source wall. A puncture structure having a fluid channel may be located proximate to the first end. A puncher may be located proximate to the second end and configured to translate the propulsion source from a first position to a second position. Translation of the propulsions source from the first position to the second position may fluidly connect the fluid channel and the propulsion source. The projectile launcher may be activated upon the propulsion source being fluidly connected to the fluid channel.

A grenade launcher, comprising a barrel ( 10 ), a trigger mechanism base ( 3 ) and a breech ( 2 ) wherein the trigger mechanism base ( 3 ) is adapted to be mounted on a host rail interface ( 1 ). On the opposed sides ( 3 ) of the trigger mechanism base ( 3 ), guide rails ( 5, 8 ) are arranged for sliding mounting of the barrel ( 10 ). The host rail interface ( 1 ) is clamped between the breech ( 2 ) and the trigger mechanism base ( 3 ). The breech ( 2 ) is fitted with a cavity ( 11 ) that surrounds one of the guide rails ( 5 ). The inner wall of the cavity ( 11 ) is pressed to this guide rail ( 5 ) by a detent ( 4 ) that is insertable between this guide rail ( 5 ) and the opposed inner wall of the cavity ( 11 ) that is inclined in a wedge-like way. A pin ( 6 ) bears on this guide rail ( 5 ) from the inner side, the pin being mounted in a sliding way in a recess transversally in the breech ( 2 ) and fitted with a compression spring ( 7 ).

Launcher system with apparatus and methods for a toy projectile blaster removably interfaced with shoulder or butt stock receptacle hopper for multiple additional projectiles, user operable providing a hopper receptacle passageway in alignment with a firing projectile launching element to a projectile launching barrel for discharging projectiles. The pre-firing area allows projectile rounds to be received, while coupling the hopper stock projectiles magazine holds projectiles located distally along an upper portion of the pre-firing area for communication to outwardly launch the received projectile rounds. A user operable barrier at the hopper stock projectiles magazine receptacle opens and feeds by gravity into the pre-firing area The hopper stock projectiles magazine receptacle tilts towards the breech for feeding received projectile received into the pre-firing area.

A digit-mounted, spring-assisted device for launching a projectile in response to a launching motion of a finger by a user. The digit-mounted device may comprise a securing means for securing a launcher to the digit of the user. The securing means may comprise a strap, loop, or cinch. The digit-mounted device may further comprise a launch guide extending outwardly from a base member. A projectile may be mounted onto or into the launch guide. A spring may be mounted on the digit-mounted device which is placed under tension when the user prepares to make a launching motion with the digit. The projectile is launched in response to the user making a launching motion with the digit, using the thumb as a tensioning means. The spring is released from tension upon making a launching motion with the digit, adding to the force given to the projectile upon launch. The projectile may take a wide variety of forms.

A dart launcher and dart magazine for alleviating improper dart placement concerns with a forward matching dart profile. The dart magazine is short and does not extend into the launch chamber of the launcher. The magazine has an open top with a dart restrainer that is moved when the magazine is inserted into the launcher causing an upper-most dart in the magazine to be biased out of the magazine and into the launch chamber. The launcher includes a dart placement structure in the launch chamber to locate the upper-most dart. The dart placement structure may be shaped as an arm allowing positioning of each dart also free of the magazine while facilitating automatic firing of the darts from the magazine.
