A receiving area receives a buttstock of a firearm and pivots with the pivot plate to facilitate directional manipulation and aiming of the firearm. The pivot plate defines a pivot ball support surrounding a central orifice on the inner facing side. The pivot ball support defines a pivot ball engaging surface wherein the pivot ball engaging surface defines a second plane that is offset from the first plane by 30 to 10 degrees. An inner facing said of a catch plate has mating engagement with the outer facing side of the pivot plate. The inner facing side of the catch plate defines a concave pivot ball rotation member a pivot ball. A biasing member returns the pivot plate to a pre-determined position.

The light sources may be multiple LEDs, e.g. of different colors that can provide illumination in different lighting conditions. The light sources may be disposed at multiple focal points of a multi-lens system. Alternatively, a selector may be used to selectively locate one of the light sources at the focal point of a single lens system. A rifle has a body, a magazine slot, a handle, a lower mechanism movable between primary and secondary positions in the direction of the barrel extension to drive bullets into the barrel and a monoblock rifle mechanism having an upper mechanism extending over the barrel of the rifle. A primary lock slot is provided on the upper mechanism, and a secondary lock slot on the barrel. One end of a main arm is rotatably connected to the barrel. A button is connected to the main arm so that the user can move the main arm. When the button is pushed from the barrel towards the upper mechanism, if the rifle mechanism is retracted, it will snap into the primary lock slot. If the rifle mechanism is retracted, it includes a mechanism stopper with a lock lever that fits into the primary lock slot and prevents the rifle mechanism from moving.

An ignition housing is positioned on a trailing end of the projectile opposite the leading end. An ignition source is positioned within the ignition housing. A hollow shaft extends between the bullet and the ignition housing and joins the bullet to the ignition housing. A plurality of ignition ports extend through a wall of the shaft and through the ignition housing. An interior of the shaft is fluidly coupled to an interior of the ignition housing. The ignition source is configured to ignite a propellant through the plurality of ignition ports in response to an activation of the firearm. When the firearm is activated, each component of the caseless cartridge is either consumed or discharged from the firearm through the barrel.

The invention is aimed at improving the accuracy of shooting by reducing the force on a trigger of a firearm during firing. The technical result is achieved by the fact that the design of the trigger mechanism includes a housing in which a hammer and a hammer spring are installed, a tubular axle on which the trigger having a groove allowing longitudinal movement along the axle is installed, thereby disengaging a return mechanism installed in its housing, a roller sear, and a single-fire sear. To engage the return mechanism, the trigger and the hammer are equipped with cams, and when a breechblock carrier is recoiled, the hammer is lowered and its cam affects the trigger cam, forcing the trigger to move backwards (if it has been moved to a forward position before). The return mechanism is also engaged when a safety lock is activated.

A suppressor for a firearm has a tubular housing extending along a bore axis from a proximal end to a distal end. A baffle stack within the hollow tubular housing extends along the bore axis and includes a tubular baffle wall with a plurality of baffle structures connected to an inside of the tubular baffle wall, where individual baffle structures taper proximally to a central opening on the bore axis. The suppressor defines an inner volume inside of the tubular baffle wall and an outer volume between the tubular baffle wall and the hollow tubular housing. Flow-directing structures in the outer volume include pairs of diverging vanes and pairs of converging vanes. A conduit between adjacent baffle structures defines a gas flow pathway in a radially outer portion of the inner volume and defines an opening located between the adjacent baffle structures to direct gas flow across the bore axis.

The quick take-down can be unlocked by sliding a sliding lock collar in a translational motion to an unlocked position to release locking elements from a locked configuration. In the unlocked position, a barrel and handguard may be installed onto and removed from the upper receiver of the firearm. Releasing the sliding lock collar returns it to a locked position, securing the barrel and handguard to the upper receiver.

Quick take-down firearms and methods of using quick-take down firearms. The quick-take down includes an upper receiver coupling and a barrel coupling. The quick take-down can be unlocked by sliding a sliding lock collar in a translational motion to an unlocked position to release locking elements from a locked configuration. In the unlocked position, a barrel and handguard may be installed onto and removed from the upper receiver of the firearm. Releasing the sliding lock collar returns it to a locked position, securing the barrel and handguard to the upper receiver.

Quick take-down firearms and methods of using quick-take down firearms. The quick-take down includes an upper receiver coupling and a barrel coupling. The quick take-down can be unlocked by sliding a sliding lock collar in a translational motion to an unlocked position to release locking elements from a locked configuration. In the unlocked position, a barrel and handguard may be installed onto and removed from the upper receiver of the firearm. Releasing the sliding lock collar returns it to a locked position, securing the barrel and handguard to the upper receiver.

A clamping mechanism for mounting an accessory, such as a scope, to a firearm barrel includes first and second clamp members with inner planar surfaces configured to engage respective outer surfaces of the barrel so as to distribute clamping forces evenly and minimizing damage to the barrel surface. A dovetail section on one of the clamp members enables attachment of various optics or accessories. The clamp members are secured together using one or more fasteners passing through aligned openings in the clamp members. The clamping mechanism allows non-permanent, stable mounting of accessories without requiring permanent modification to the firearm. The clamping mechanism is particularly configured to be mounted on the barrel of a Henry® brand rifle.
