US12710257 - Enhanced payload delivery

A device may include a set of payloads and a mechanism. The set of payloads may be configured to interact with at least one of an airborne device or a component of the airborne device via at least one of physical entanglement, sensor obscuration, or surface adhesion. The mechanism may be operable between an inactive state and an active state. The mechanism may be configured to transition to the active state in response to inductive energy generated by relative motion through a magnetic field during launch, and deploy the set of payloads based on at least one of one or more elapsed times during travel of the device along the trajectory, one or more positions of the device along the trajectory, or one or more distances traveled by the device along the trajectory.

US12674650 - Integrated additive manufacture (AM) of explosive payloads

Integrated Additive Manufacture (AM) of explosive payloads including both energetic and non-energetic components is achieved by controlling the AM processes such that a temperature of any deposited energetic material is bounded below and away from the energetic material's onset temperature to avoid detonation or decomposition of the energetic material during manufacture. This constraint places requirements on the selection of the energetic materials, the AM processes and 3D printer systems for depositing the non-energetic materials and the final composition and density of the non-energetic components.

US12584720 - Projectile construction, launcher, and launcher accessory

A launcher and projectile system include at least one permanent magnet disposed on or within the launcher for charging a wire coil of the projectile to energize an initiator of the projectile, thereafter having a housing of the projectile rupture, disintegrate, separate or otherwise have an opening created therein after launch to release a payload. In another embodiment, an accessory for a launcher and projectile is provided, the accessory comprising a permanent magnet for charging a projectile that is launched by the launcher.
