In a compound bow, an axle, having threaded ends, is pushed through a hole in a cam. Cam spacers, having internal threads, are screwed onto the ends of the axle until the ends of the cam spacers abut the cam. The cam can rotate freely around the unthreaded middle portion of the axle. The ends of the cam spacers go into holes in limb brackets attached to the bow's resilient limb ends. In one embodiment, the ends of the cams are threaded, and a nut is tightened over the thread to shift the cam spacers and cam left or right relative to the limb brackets. In another embodiment, the cam spacers and limb brackets are threaded, and turning the cam spacer shifts the cam left or right. In both embodiments, the cam position is precisely adjusted and very stable.

A disc target for shooting sports is disclosed that is biodegradable and edible by wildlife. The disc target includes one or more natural ingredients that are readily available and typically inexpensive. The disclosed disc targets are biodegradable and can be consumed by local wildlife. Preferred embodiments of the disc targets are primarily made of alfalfa and/or other natural ingredients such as corn starch that can be used as a binding agent. The disc target can be utilized for shooting sports, such as trap or skeet shooting, as the disclosed disc targets are able to withstand the force of being launched in the air but also easily shatter when hit by only a few pellets from a shotgun.

The safety device also includes a radio device that receives parameter signals from the sensor indicating movement of the firearm. The radio device communicates with a component of a property monitoring system to receive a command to engage the locking mechanism to preclude depressing the trigger of the firearm based on parameter signals indicating a particular type of detected movement of the firearm.

The suppressor defines an inner volume inside of the tubular baffle wall and an outer volume between the tubular baffle wall and the hollow tubular housing. Flow-directing structures in the outer volume include pairs of diverging vanes and pairs of converging vanes. A conduit between adjacent baffle structures defines a gas flow pathway in a radially outer portion of the inner volume and defines an opening located between the adjacent baffle structures to direct gas flow across the bore axis.

An arrow stabilizer for an archery airgun includes an elongated body configured to be secured to the airgun. The body defines a non-cylindrical passage extending longitudinally therethrough. The passage is configured to receive an arrow and support a shaft of the arrow as the arrow travels through the passage when launched by the airgun. The passage can have a non-circular cross-sectional profile that includes a central bore configured to closely receive the arrow shaft, and a plurality of radially extending slots configured to receive the fletching. The slots and central bore cooperate to form stabilizing rails upon which the arrow can ride through the passage. The rails guide the arrow shaft smoothly along the passage and hold the arrow substantially stable as it travels therethrough when launched by the archery airgun.

A handgun wedge stabilizing brace (“HWSB”) comprising a stabilizing body and a support member which can be removably connected to a handgun. The stabilizing body braces the handgun against the shooting side of the front of the user's front torso below the shoulder and stabilizes it by being introduced between the side of the user's body torso below the shoulder and upper arm. One end of the support member is telescopically receivable into the stabilizing body and can be adjusted to the desired position by the user. The other end of the support member is removably connected to the rear end of a hand gun, particularly a heavy pistol. The handgun wedge stabilizing brace improves shooting control and stability when using a handgun, especially for one-handed shooters and individuals with a disability.
