A device for applying a coating to a surface, the device comprising: a rod; an applicator rotatable around the rod, the applicator comprising: a base, one or more arms extending away from the base, each of the one or more arms having a first end and a second end, and one or more applicator pads comprising a coating to be applied to a surface; a spring extending vertically upwards from a top surface of the base; and a screw connected to the spring, wherein the first end of the one or more arms is attached to the base, and wherein the second end of the one or more arms is attached to the one or more applicator pads. a rod; an applicator rotatable around the rod, the applicator comprising: a base, one or more arms extending away from the base, each of the one or more arms having a first end and a second end, and one or more applicator pads comprising a coating to be applied to a surface; a base, one or more arms extending away from the base, each of the one or more arms having a first end and a second end, and one or more applicator pads comprising a coating to be applied to a surface; a spring extending vertically upwards from a top surface of the base; and a screw connected to the spring, wherein the first end of the one or more arms is attached to the base, and wherein the second end of the one or more arms is attached to the one or more applicator pads.
