A crossbow includes a draw string configured to move between a released position and a drawn position, a trigger box configured to selectively retain the draw string, and a cocking mechanism configured to move the trigger box and move the draw string between the released position and the drawn position. The cocking mechanism includes a tether a cord coupled with a front end of the trigger box, and a spool including a first recess configured to receive the tether and a second recess configured to receive the cord, the spool configured to rotate in a first direction to unwind the tether therefrom and wind the cord thereon and a second direction to wind the tether thereon and unwind the cord therefrom. During operation of the crossbow, as the spool rotates in the first direction, the cord pulls the trigger box in a direction towards a front end of the crossbow.

An example device includes a platform that mounts to an archery bow system to determine a position of an arrow shaft in relation to an inside of a riser shelf of the archery bow system for tuning or data collection. The example device also includes a first slot in the platform. A center shot indicator adjacent to the first slot references the center shot of the arrow shaft. A measurement reference is slidable, separately, in the first slot to reference center shot of the arrow shaft.

The first screw is inserted through the opening of the latch. The adapter further comprises a rod having a second screw, a first member, and a second member. The first member and second member inserted into the magnet. The second screw is inserted through the first member and into the second member, thereby coupling the magnet with the rod. A lever is movably coupled to the housing. A third screw connects the housing to the bow. The coupled magnet and rod are inserted into the proximal end of the housing. The lever is rotated to connect the magnet to the bow.

An arrow stabilizer for an archery airgun includes an elongated body configured to be secured to the airgun. The body defines a non-cylindrical passage extending longitudinally therethrough. The passage is configured to receive an arrow and support a shaft of the arrow as the arrow travels through the passage when launched by the airgun. The passage can have a non-circular cross-sectional profile that includes a central bore configured to closely receive the arrow shaft, and a plurality of radially extending slots configured to receive the fletching. The slots and central bore cooperate to form stabilizing rails upon which the arrow can ride through the passage. The rails guide the arrow shaft smoothly along the passage and hold the arrow substantially stable as it travels therethrough when launched by the archery airgun.

A handgun wedge stabilizing brace (“HWSB”) comprising a stabilizing body and a support member which can be removably connected to a handgun. One end of the support member is telescopically receivable into the stabilizing body and can be adjusted to the desired position by the user. The other end of the support member is removably connected to the rear end of a hand gun, particularly a heavy pistol. A hunting game tracking system for tracking a location of an injured game animal includes an arrowhead having an aft end, a tip end, and a ferrule extending therebetween. A tracker housing releasably coupled to the arrowhead has a front side, a back side, and an upper end that is angled to extend outwardly from the front side and downwardly toward the back side. A transmitter wirelessly communicates with a GPS unit to identify a location of the tracker housing. An ejector is movably positioned within the ferrule. The tracker housing is positionable within a cutout extending into the ejector. The cutout includes a sloped upper wall that is in contact with the upper end of the tracker housing and that slides downwardly against the upper end of the tracker housing to urge the tracker housing outwardly from the arrowhead into the animal after impact.

The jacket includes a series of radial driving bands cut into the jacket in a graduated configuration at increasing thicknesses. The graduation and increasing thickness of the driving bands allows gradual radial acceleration upon engraving of the rifling due to intentional radial deformation of the forward driving bands. Additionally, the bullet core) includes high-friction surfaces formed in a longitudinal direction or at a base of the bullet core. The modified surface increases friction between the bullet core and polymer, further decreasing radial slippage.

A machine learning (ML)/artificial intelligence (AI) based distributed fiber optic sensing (DFOS) system and method providing detection and localization of gunshot events. In addition to the ML/AI DFOS, a signal processing pipeline that compresses an audible distributed acoustic sensing (DAS) waveform data into a small set of features that protects privacy of individuals while preserving the utility of acoustic events to detect the gunshot events and discriminate same from other events. A data-driven deep learning approach automatically predicts acoustic event types with higher accuracy that realized by prior art methods.

A waveguide display is aligned relative to an eyepiece of the night vision device. When the waveguide display is in an ON state and second output light exits the eyepiece, the second output light passes through the waveguide display. A display has an input and is configured to receive a display input signal containing visual data. The display is configured to emit light responsive to the display input signal. An optical device is disposed between the display and the waveguide display. The optical device couples emitted light from the display into the waveguide display. When in the ON state, the waveguide display emits first output light which optically fuses with second output light.
