US12560418 - Explosive firing train with a single explosive transfer interface

An EFI or LEEFI provides enhanced detonation energy sufficient to directly detonate a main charge to improve the reliability and ease the qualification of an explosive firing train. This is accomplished by forming the EFI's output charge from an explosive material typically used as a booster explosive (e.g., PBXN-5, CH-6 and Composition A5) rather than a primary explosive and making the diameter of the output charge greater than the diameter of the barrel thus increasing the total mass of the output charge. The explosive firing train now requires only a single explosive transfer interface. For use in military grade munitions, the EFI's casing is formed with one or more vent holes radially adjacent the output charge.

US12553683 - Rubber band gun, method of use, and method of assembly

A toy gun having a pair of sides are joined together using a number of pins inserted through pin holes passing through the pair of sides. A trigger and a slide are sandwiched between the pair of sides and are secured therein. A pivot pin allows the trigger to be pulled rearwardly such that it presses against the slide, moving it reward as well. When this occurs, the slide moves out from between the two sides, pushing the elastic bands away from static notches located on the rear end of the sides. This causes the top-most elastic band to fire away from the gun, and the remaining elastic bands to be reseated upwardly into the next adjacent respective static notch. The elastic bands pull the trigger back into its original position, allowing for semi-automatic firing.

US12546547 - Firearm platform and method of connecting upper and lower receivers

A firearm platform and method of connecting an upper receiver to a lower receiver. The upper receiver has a pivot lug and a takedown lug with perimeter openings in opposite directions. The lower receiver has a locking member that pushes against the takedown lug which causes the upper receiver to displace forward. As a result of the forward displacement, a pivot pin in the lower receiver exerts an opposing force against the pivot lug. The locking member is displaced between a locked and unlocked position through a lever located on an exterior surface of the lower receiver. When the locking member is in the locked position, the lower receiver and uppers receiver form a connection that is tight and free from slop.

US12546548 - Charging handle assembly for pistol slide

In some examples, a charging handle assembly for a pistol slide includes a base including at least one connecting feature to facilitate connection of the base adjacent a lateral side of a pistol slide and a charging handle including a base portion and a lever portion, the charging handle having a length extending from a proximal end at the base portion to a distal end of the lever portion, wherein the base portion of the charging handle is connected to the base to permit the charging handle to move between a first position relative to the base and a second position relative to the base.

US12546549 - Firearm

A firearm comprises a frame; a barrel; a hand grip; a breechblock slidable along the frame; a striker slidable in the breechblock; a longitudinal elastic device for the recovery of the recoil kinetic energy for rearming the striker; and a closing block for locking the breechblock in the closing position, the closing block having a body which extends longitudinally and having a rear wall engaged with a downward protrusion integral with the barrel, a front wall engageable with the breechblock and a longitudinal recess which opens at the front wall, where the longitudinal elastic device for the recovery of kinetic energy has a longitudinal rear portion housed in the recess and a longitudinal front portion retractable towards the inside of the recess, and is longitudinally interposed between a front stop abutment solidly constrained to the breechblock and a rear stop abutment solidly constrained to the frame.

US12546550 - Firearm

A firearm, particularly a gun operating by recoil exploitation, comprising: a frame; a barrel, a hand grip; a breechblock slidable for the closing of the breech of the barrel; a striker; a longitudinal elastic device for the recovery of the recoil kinetic energy of the breechblock for rearming the striker; a release lever having a coupling position and a release position of the striker; a single action trigger mechanism comprising a trigger and a trigger transmission rod operatively connected to the trigger and to the release lever, and an antagonist lever to the release lever, the mass of the antagonist lever being distributed and arranged to strain the antagonist lever with inertial forces that contrast the release lever for preventing the accidental release of the striker.

US12546551 - Muzzle assembly for a firearm

A muzzle device for a firearm may include a device body and a plurality of ball bearings. The device body may be configured to be removably secured to a mount body of a mount configured to be secured to a barrel of the firearm, the mount body including a plurality of lugs each extending radially outward relative to a longitudinal axis of the mount and including a stop and a detent. The device body may include a plurality of protrusions each extending radially inward relative to a longitudinal axis of the muzzle device and configured to engage the stop of a respective lug of the mount to prevent rotation of the muzzle device relative to the mount in a first direction. The ball bearings each may be configured to move relative to the device body and to engage the detent of a respective lug of the mount to inhibit rotation of the muzzle device relative to the mount in a second direction opposite the first direction.
