The slidable portion is adapted to engage the body such that the top surface of the slidable portion rests against the top surface of the body, the inwardly facing lips being slidably disposed within the channels in the side walls of the body or a prismatic protrusion of the slideable portion being slidably disposed in a channel in the top side of the body.
