The shuttle has a shuttle recess, a first shuttle passageway, a second shuttle passageway, and an actuator recess. The actuator is moveable between an actuator first position and an actuator second position. The actuator has a rod disposed through the actuator passageway and within the actuator recess. Movement of the actuator between the actuator first position and the actuator second position moves the shuttle between the shuttle first position and the shuttle second position.
