A sight system for a projectile launching device comprising: a sight base; a top surface disposed on the sight base; a pedestal protruding above the top surface; a sighting component; a first set screw having a first tapered end; a second set screw having a second tapered end; a first tapped boring disposed in the sighting component and configured to receive the first set screw; a second tapped boring disposed in the sighting component and configured to receive the second set screw; a first tapered boring disposed in the pedestal and configured to at least partially accept the first tapered end; and a second tapered boring disposed in the pedestal and configured to at least partially accept the second tapered end. a sight base; a top surface disposed on the sight base; a pedestal protruding above the top surface; a sighting component; a first set screw having a first tapered end; a second set screw having a second tapered end; a first tapped boring disposed in the sighting component and configured to receive the first set screw; a second tapped boring disposed in the sighting component and configured to receive the second set screw; a first tapered boring disposed in the pedestal and configured to at least partially accept the first tapered end; and a second tapered boring disposed in the pedestal and configured to at least partially accept the second tapered end.
