A threat countermeasure system includes a calculation device and a communication device. The calculation device is configured to determine, based on a threat level of a target, a countermeasure position of attack on the target. The countermeasure position of attack represents either a first countermeasure position to be attacked in order to temporarily impede a function of the target or a second countermeasure position to be attacked in order to stop the function of the target. A first countermeasure period during which the first countermeasure position is attacked in order to at least temporarily impede the function of the target may be shorter than a second countermeasure period during which the second countermeasure position is attacked in order to stop the function of the target.

A threat countermeasure system comprising: a calculation device configured to determine a countermeasure position, which is a position on a target, for performing an attack by a countermeasure device against the target based on a threat level of the target; and a communication device configured to output, to the countermeasure device, a countermeasure signal indicating that the attack is to be performed by the countermeasure device against the countermeasure position, wherein the countermeasure position indicates any one of: a first countermeasure position, which is a position on the target, at which a function of the target is at least temporarily impeded by performing the attack; and a second countermeasure position, which is a position on the target, at which the function of the target is stopped by performing the attack. a calculation device configured to determine a countermeasure position, which is a position on a target, for performing an attack by a countermeasure device against the target based on a threat level of the target; and a communication device configured to output, to the countermeasure device, a countermeasure signal indicating that the attack is to be performed by the countermeasure device against the countermeasure position, wherein the countermeasure position indicates any one of: a first countermeasure position, which is a position on the target, at which a function of the target is at least temporarily impeded by performing the attack; and a second countermeasure position, which is a position on the target, at which the function of the target is stopped by performing the attack. a first countermeasure position, which is a position on the target, at which a function of the target is at least temporarily impeded by performing the attack; and a second countermeasure position, which is a position on the target, at which the function of the target is stopped by performing the attack.
