Claim 1

1 . A shaped charge liner, comprising: a first liner portion formed of a first metallic material and a first non-metallic material, wherein the first liner portion comprises a first apex and a first skirt section that define an interior volume of the first liner portion, wherein a first inner surface of the first liner portion is configured to couple to an explosive component of a shaped charge, and wherein an outer surface of the first liner portion comprises a curved surface along the first apex; and a second liner portion formed of a second metallic material and a second non-metallic material, wherein a second inner surface of the second liner portion is coupled to the first liner portion such that the second liner portion is an edge of the interior volume, wherein the second liner portion comprises a second apex and a second skirt section, and wherein the second liner portion comprises a flat planar surface along the second apex; wherein the first liner portion lacks a first binder to hold the first metallic material and the first non-metallic material together, and the second liner portion lacks a second binder to hold the second metallic material and the second non-metallic material together. a first liner portion formed of a first metallic material and a first non-metallic material, wherein the first liner portion comprises a first apex and a first skirt section that define an interior volume of the first liner portion, wherein a first inner surface of the first liner portion is configured to couple to an explosive component of a shaped charge, and wherein an outer surface of the first liner portion comprises a curved surface along the first apex; and a second liner portion formed of a second metallic material and a second non-metallic material, wherein a second inner surface of the second liner portion is coupled to the first liner portion such that the second liner portion is an edge of the interior volume, wherein the second liner portion comprises a second apex and a second skirt section, and wherein the second liner portion comprises a flat planar surface along the second apex; wherein the first liner portion lacks a first binder to hold the first metallic material and the first non-metallic material together, and the second liner portion lacks a second binder to hold the second metallic material and the second non-metallic material together.
