A forearm assembly for a firearm, the forearm assembly comprising: an elongated forearm including a hollow center defining an interior surface, said interior surface including a forearm bar slot along its length and a retainer slot along its circumference; a retainer configured to be inserted into the retainer slot of the forearm; said retainer including a retainer bar slot that is aligned with said forearm bar slot when the retainer is inserted into the retainer slot; an action bar configured to be inserted into said forearm bar slot and retainer bar slot such that the action bar is locked in place between the interior surface of the forearm and the retainer. an elongated forearm including a hollow center defining an interior surface, said interior surface including a forearm bar slot along its length and a retainer slot along its circumference; a retainer configured to be inserted into the retainer slot of the forearm; said retainer including a retainer bar slot that is aligned with said forearm bar slot when the retainer is inserted into the retainer slot; an action bar configured to be inserted into said forearm bar slot and retainer bar slot such that the action bar is locked in place between the interior surface of the forearm and the retainer.
