A crossbow comprising: a stock; a first limb arranged to support a first rotatable member, the first rotatable member comprising a first side, a first cable track, a second side, a second cable track, a first bowstring track and a first pass-through aperture; a second limb arranged to support a second rotatable member, the second rotatable member comprising a first side, a third cable track, a second side, a fourth cable track, a second bowstring track and a second pass-through aperture; a bowstring extending between the first rotatable member and the second rotatable member, the bowstring oriented in the first bowstring track, the bowstring oriented in the second bowstring track, the bowstring defining a bowstring plane; a catch arranged to engage the bowstring; a trigger arranged to release the catch; a first power cable comprising a first segment, a first pass-through segment and a second segment, the first segment oriented to the first side of the first rotatable member, the first pass-through segment oriented in the first pass-through aperture, the second segment oriented to the second side of the first rotatable member, the second segment symmetrical with the first segment across the bowstring plane, the first cable track taking up the first segment as the bowstring is drawn, the second cable track taking up the second segment as the bowstring is drawn; and a second power cable comprising a third segment, a second pass-through segment and a fourth segment, the third segment oriented to the first side of the second rotatable member, the second pass-through segment oriented in the second pass-through aperture, the fourth segment oriented to the second side of the second rotatable member, the fourth segment symmetrical with the third segment across the bowstring plane, the third cable track taking up the third segment as the bowstring is drawn, the fourth cable track taking up the fourth segment as the bowstring is drawn; wherein a central axis of the first pass-through aperture is oriented orthogonal to the bowstring plane and the first pass-through aperture comprises a circular cross-sectional shape, and a central axis of the second pass-through aperture is oriented orthogonal to the bowstring plane and the second pass-through aperture comprises a circular cross-sectional shape. a stock; a first limb arranged to support a first rotatable member, the first rotatable member comprising a first side, a first cable track, a second side, a second cable track, a first bowstring track and a first pass-through aperture; a second limb arranged to support a second rotatable member, the second rotatable member comprising a first side, a third cable track, a second side, a fourth cable track, a second bowstring track and a second pass-through aperture; a bowstring extending between the first rotatable member and the second rotatable member, the bowstring oriented in the first bowstring track, the bowstring oriented in the second bowstring track, the bowstring defining a bowstring plane; a catch arranged to engage the bowstring; a trigger arranged to release the catch; a first power cable comprising a first segment, a first pass-through segment and a second segment, the first segment oriented to the first side of the first rotatable member, the first pass-through segment oriented in the first pass-through aperture, the second segment oriented to the second side of the first rotatable member, the second segment symmetrical with the first segment across the bowstring plane, the first cable track taking up the first segment as the bowstring is drawn, the second cable track taking up the second segment as the bowstring is drawn; and a second power cable comprising a third segment, a second pass-through segment and a fourth segment, the third segment oriented to the first side of the second rotatable member, the second pass-through segment oriented in the second pass-through aperture, the fourth segment oriented to the second side of the second rotatable member, the fourth segment symmetrical with the third segment across the bowstring plane, the third cable track taking up the third segment as the bowstring is drawn, the fourth cable track taking up the fourth segment as the bowstring is drawn; wherein a central axis of the first pass-through aperture is oriented orthogonal to the bowstring plane and the first pass-through aperture comprises a circular cross-sectional shape, and a central axis of the second pass-through aperture is oriented orthogonal to the bowstring plane and the second pass-through aperture comprises a circular cross-sectional shape.
