A noise suppression device for a firearm, the noise suppression device comprising: a body including an internal surface; a plurality of raised strips extending radially between a first end at the internal surface and a second end; and a plurality of fins each extending from the second end of a corresponding one of the plurality of raised strips, wherein the noise suppression device includes no joints, no seams, or any formerly separate pieces within the body and a core, each of the plurality of fins extend from the corresponding one of the plurality of raised strips such that an air gap is created between an exterior-facing surface of each of the plurality of fins and the internal surface, and each of the plurality of fins is wider than the corresponding one of the plurality of raised strips. a body including an internal surface; a plurality of raised strips extending radially between a first end at the internal surface and a second end; and a plurality of fins each extending from the second end of a corresponding one of the plurality of raised strips, wherein the noise suppression device includes no joints, no seams, or any formerly separate pieces within the body and a core, each of the plurality of fins extend from the corresponding one of the plurality of raised strips such that an air gap is created between an exterior-facing surface of each of the plurality of fins and the internal surface, and each of the plurality of fins is wider than the corresponding one of the plurality of raised strips.
