A trigger assembly for a trigger comprising: a bow having a first end configured for connection to the trigger and a second end opposite the first end, the bow comprising: a front lateral cross member at the first end; a rear lateral cross member at the second end; a first side cross member extending between the front and rear lateral cross members; a second side cross member extending between the front and rear lateral cross members; and an adjustment means for adjusting a pre-travel of the trigger; a bow having a first end configured for connection to the trigger and a second end opposite the first end, the bow comprising: a front lateral cross member at the first end; a rear lateral cross member at the second end; a first side cross member extending between the front and rear lateral cross members; a second side cross member extending between the front and rear lateral cross members; and an adjustment means for adjusting a pre-travel of the trigger; a front lateral cross member at the first end; a rear lateral cross member at the second end; a first side cross member extending between the front and rear lateral cross members; a second side cross member extending between the front and rear lateral cross members; and an adjustment means for adjusting a pre-travel of the trigger; wherein the front lateral cross member comprises an integral piece of material that extends from the first side cross member to the second side cross member.
