Claim 1
1 . A stock for a firearm, the firearm having a main body, the stock defining a longitudinal axis, the stock comprising: a mount that is configured to be coupled to the main body of the firearm; a first member that is configured to move along the longitudinal axis between a collapsed position of the first member and an extended position of the first member relative to the mount; a second member that is configured to move along the longitudinal axis between a collapsed position of the second member and an extended position of the second member relative to the first member, wherein when the second member is in the extended position of the second member, the second member is positioned at least partially aft of the first member; and a release mechanism that is configured to be in a first position and in a second position, wherein when the release mechanism is in the first position, the release mechanism is configured to prevent a movement of the second member along the longitudinal axis relative to the first member, and wherein when the release mechanism is in the second position, the release mechanism is configured to allow the movement of the second member along the longitudinal axis relative to the first member. a mount that is configured to be coupled to the main body of the firearm; a first member that is configured to move along the longitudinal axis between a collapsed position of the first member and an extended position of the first member relative to the mount; a second member that is configured to move along the longitudinal axis between a collapsed position of the second member and an extended position of the second member relative to the first member, wherein when the second member is in the extended position of the second member, the second member is positioned at least partially aft of the first member; and a release mechanism that is configured to be in a first position and in a second position, wherein when the release mechanism is in the first position, the release mechanism is configured to prevent a movement of the second member along the longitudinal axis relative to the first member, and wherein when the release mechanism is in the second position, the release mechanism is configured to allow the movement of the second member along the longitudinal axis relative to the first member.
