Claim 1

A method comprising: detaching one or more fasteners from a holster body of a holster assembly, the one or more fasteners to enable securing the holster assembly to a wearer for a waist belt concealment of a handgun; and affixing an adapter to the holster body to configure the adapter to suspend the holster body against a body of the wearer independently of a belt for suspending a garment on the wearer, wherein the adapter to enable a securing of the holster assembly against the body of the wearer for a deep concealment of the handgun by tightening an adapter belt, a first portion of the adapter belt being coupled to a first point of attachment to the adapter and a second portion of the adapter belt being coupled to a second point of attachment to the adapter different from the first point of attachment to the adapter. detaching one or more fasteners from a holster body of a holster assembly, the one or more fasteners to enable securing the holster assembly to a wearer for a waist belt concealment of a handgun; and affixing an adapter to the holster body to configure the adapter to suspend the holster body against a body of the wearer independently of a belt for suspending a garment on the wearer, wherein the adapter to enable a securing of the holster assembly against the body of the wearer for a deep concealment of the handgun by tightening an adapter belt, a first portion of the adapter belt being coupled to a first point of attachment to the adapter and a second portion of the adapter belt being coupled to a second point of attachment to the adapter different from the first point of attachment to the adapter.
