US12392594 - Efficient and energy-saving blasting method based on notched blast hole

The patent describes an innovative blasting method that utilizes notched blast holes to enhance efficiency and reduce energy loss during explosions. By strategically forming cutting, auxiliary, and peripheral holes with varying notch configurations, the method aims to improve blasting effectiveness and control the area affected by the explosion.
Claim 1
- An efficient and energy-saving blasting method based on a notched blast hole, comprising: S 1 : forming a cutting hole, an auxiliary hole, and a peripheral hole on a surface of an area to be blasted separately by means of a drilling apparatus; S 2 : forming a notch on an outer side of the cutting hole by means of a notching apparatus, wherein a notching mode uses four-direction notches; S 3 : forming a notch on an outer side of the auxiliary hole by means of the notching apparatus, wherein a notching mode uses three-direction notches; S 4 : forming a notch on an outer side of the peripheral hole by means of the notching apparatus, wherein a notching mode uses two-direction notches; and S 5 : filling the cutting hole with blasting explosive for blasting.
