US12326316 - Accessory support for an archery bow and related apparatuses

A support for retaining an archery bow on a support surface includes a mounting block affixable to the archery bow and a member adjustably coupled to the mounting block. The member can be repositionable between two or more configurations relative to the mounting block. For example, the member can be rotatable between two or more orientations relative to the mounting block. In some examples, the member can be linearly repositionable relative to the mounting block. In some examples, the member can be a first member and the support can further include a second member adjustably coupled to the mounting block.

The patent describes an accessory support for archery bows that includes a mounting block and a member that can be adjusted between multiple configurations. This member is designed to contact a support surface in different orientations, allowing for versatile positioning relative to the bow’s periphery.

Claim 1

  1. An archery bow and support, the archery bow comprising: a riser; a first limb coupled to a first end of the riser; a second limb coupled to a second end of the riser; a first cam coupled to the first limb; a second cam coupled to the second limb; and a bowstring extending between the first cam and the second cam, the archery bow defining a periphery; the support comprising: a mounting block; and a member having a proximal end and a distal end, the proximal end coupled to the mounting block, the member being repositionable between two or more configurations relative to the mounting block, the member configured to contact a support surface in a first configuration, wherein: in the first configuration, the distal end is disposed outside of the periphery; and in a second configuration, the distal end is disposed inside the periphery. a riser; a first limb coupled to a first end of the riser; a second limb coupled to a second end of the riser; a first cam coupled to the first limb; a second cam coupled to the second limb; and a bowstring extending between the first cam and the second cam, the archery bow defining a periphery; the support comprising: a mounting block; and a member having a proximal end and a distal end, the proximal end coupled to the mounting block, the member being repositionable between two or more configurations relative to the mounting block, the member configured to contact a support surface in a first configuration, wherein: in the first configuration, the distal end is disposed outside of the periphery; and in a second configuration, the distal end is disposed inside the periphery. a mounting block; and a member having a proximal end and a distal end, the proximal end coupled to the mounting block, the member being repositionable between two or more configurations relative to the mounting block, the member configured to contact a support surface in a first configuration, wherein: in the first configuration, the distal end is disposed outside of the periphery; and in a second configuration, the distal end is disposed inside the periphery. in the first configuration, the distal end is disposed outside of the periphery; and in a second configuration, the distal end is disposed inside the periphery.
