US12292249 - Adjustable bipod

firearmbipodsupport
The patent describes an adjustable bipod for firearms that features a hydraulic cylinder and a remote actuator to facilitate height adjustments. This design allows users to modify the bipod’s height easily by rotating a knob, enhancing stability and support for the firearm.
Claim 1
- A firearm support, comprising: a housing comprising a first hydraulic cylinder; two or more legs pivotally coupled to and extending from the housing; a column disposed at least partially within the first hydraulic cylinder; a firearm mount configured to support a firearm and attached to a distal end of the column opposite the first hydraulic cylinder; and a remote actuator fluidly coupled to the first hydraulic cylinder through a hydraulic hose, where the remote actuator is configured to adjust a height of the column by moving hydraulic fluid through the hydraulic hose in response to rotation of a height adjustment knob on the remote actuator. a housing comprising a first hydraulic cylinder; two or more legs pivotally coupled to and extending from the housing; a column disposed at least partially within the first hydraulic cylinder; a firearm mount configured to support a firearm and attached to a distal end of the column opposite the first hydraulic cylinder; and a remote actuator fluidly coupled to the first hydraulic cylinder through a hydraulic hose, where the remote actuator is configured to adjust a height of the column by moving hydraulic fluid through the hydraulic hose in response to rotation of a height adjustment knob on the remote actuator.
